Fresh all white meat tenders braised with carrots, pearl onions, peas and mushrooms in a natural chicken gravy served over puff pastry. full lunch portion $30
Citrus and ginger scented filet seared until crisp. Accompanied by sesame jasmine rice and vegetable; finished with a white soy and sweet chili beurre blanc.

Native cod roasted in panko and lobster crumbs. Topped with butter poached lobster meat and a champagne beurre blanc. Served with vegetable and our Signature brown rice quinoa pilaf. demi dinner portion $37
Grilled tenderloin, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, caramelized petite onions and cabernet demi glace. GFP demi dinner portion $47
Fresh roasted, naturally raised turkey breast sliced with cranberry sage stuffing and gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day. full dinner portion $37
Pan bronzed, crispy skin chicken breast served with a bountiful blend of sauteed gourmet mushrooms, roasted baby carrots, duck fat roasted new potatoes. Finished with a madeira ver jus wine sauce and parsnip cream. full lunch portion $32
