Hen of the Woods
Pan bronzed, crispy skin chicken breast served with a bountiful blend of sauteed gourmet mushrooms, roasted baby carrots, duck fat roasted new potatoes. Finished with a madeira ver jus wine sauce and parsnip cream. $22
Wok Fired Atlantic Salmon*
Citrus and ginger scented filet seared until crisp. Accompanied by sesame jasmine rice and vegetable; finished with a white soy and sweet chili beurre blanc. GFP without the sauce $25
